Moments.
Looking through my minneapolis photos I realized there were a number of flicks on my camera that haven't made it up on the blog (and a few that have) that are lovely snapshots of a perfect moment. Some of these moments were perfect because of who I shared them with; some because at the time, and still now, they make me feel like the life I live is a very special one. There's not much more to these than that...hope they remind you that the little things can be really great moments.

Monster Mash
Why is it that slow computers make you want to bash your brain in??? I expect instantaneous results...is that too much to ask? I don't think so.
My life is so busy it makes me want to scream. Trying to stay in touch with old friends, new friends, old employers, current employers...going to weddings, going to bachelorette parties, going to engagement things...looking for apts/houses, looking for a new job, looking for a job with the new company...keeping in touch with my mom, my dad, my brother, my grandparents...going to chicago, go to puerto rico, not having any money...
I'm over being busy; too much is being put in without enough of a payoff right now. Of course as I say that I'm confirming with people via the magic of wireless telephone technology that I will be going out with them tomorrow night. I don't know what I'd do if I wasn't double booked at all times...maybe enjoy it?
I'm sure you've already seen it; but I was reminded of it twice today so I thought I'd make sure to mention zeitgeist the movie...you should watch it; but remember...everyone's got an agenda.

Life as we know it...
So if you weren't around this past weekend I'm not even going to bother filling you in. You don't really deserve to know all the awesome things that went down over a span of 4 days if you didn't care to partake in any of it. Let's just say that we're still in agreement that Jason Bourne could kill you. rightnow.
I will give a plug to l'etoile magazine which I'm really glad exists (and not just because of the blog they did on you tuck). I'm also kind of hyped on Metro Mag right now. Both of these local rags are trying new (if not completely different) new things and I like that. A lot.
Go outside now...get off the computer...life as we know it is passing us by.

Life's a Beach
Don't tell me you don't miss this, because I know you do!I generally always miss anything beach related whenever I'm not at the beach; but for some reason I thought of this photo today (thanks Jessica for your beautiful photos) and I really missed the beach.
I have so many amazing memories related to different beaches/oceans/water that I think I really miss just all the fun times.
Florida - as a kid we went to FL a couple times, did the Disney/Sea World thing and had a blast. But...the best times there were in the water.
Another favorite FL memory - Mexico beach (see photo) of course! One of the best groups of people to be on a beach with.
St. Martin/Sint Marteen - I love this island. Absolutely some of the best memories of my life. Scuba diving, laying on the miles of amazing beaches, and spending some unforgettable time with my family.
Mexico - I've been really lucky to spend time down there on a few different occasions. Acapulco was ok - but we all know Maz is where it's at! 3rd times the charm I guess, because this last time down there was fantastic (as usual).
Next up - Puerto Rico!
So anyway, if you ever want to make some memories give me a call and we'll hit the beach.
