Movies on the Roof

Consider this a formal invite to anyone who reads this...

7/22 (Sunday) and 7/23 (obviously Monday) I will be parking it on the Solera rooftop for Pirates of the Carribbean I & II. It doesn't get much better than Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and drink specials on Mojitos - and all outdoors.

Ya'll know I love my drinks...and pirates...aaarrrrggggghhhh

Don't know why there was a posting hiatus...I kind of got bored of posting (for like a day). But I'm back!

So as if I don't have enough to distract me at work (like this blog) I just recently found out (and by accident) that I have access to myspace while at work. That just doesn't seem right.

the GIRLS are back in town

So I picked up my fabulous lady friends from MSP last night after a 10+ week trip across Europe...so jealous. They in turn picked up Sarah from MSP after a week long trip to BeanTown. It's good to have everyone back again - even if they all left for the weekend already.

Tonight's the night - Infinity (@ Graves) is having a Prince Party - giving away Prince tickets for tomorrow night...you know where I'll be...

Obrigado! a pessoa que escreveu em português em meu blog. That's some sort of crappy translation of "Thanks! to the person who wrote in Portuguese on my blog." Going international.

So Transformers BLEW MY MIND! I have to say that I disagree with analysis that the first part of the movie was too long - it was strategically peppered with awesomeness that got you totally psyched for the amanzing end!

Thanks to EC for providing an amazing viewing location for last evening's pyrotechnic display. No thanks to MPLS for having a wimpy display of said pyrotechnics. Two thumbs down on the finale. Tell me you didn't check this out!

Epicocity

Yeah - that's right Tuck - I stole your word...

But there is no other way to describe the excitement surrounding my upcoming viewing of Transformers - so epic!

Extreme Dance Party

You know that any night that starts like this is going to be a good one!

Thank you First Ave for having one of the best dance parties in town! My body still hurts from all the crazy dance moves that went down - I might need to borrow the neck brace from Sam.

And yes...that is a bottle of champagne...what else? Don't be a fool - get your behind down to the dance party next weekend, we'll see you around 11.
